Disappointing Quality

I am not happy with the end quality of these acrylic charms. The acrylic is not polished at all, and it appears very cloudy on the outer sides. The edges of the charms are all still rough and sharp in some places. 5 of the 10 of my charms have gashes in them, so I will have to try to polish and buff those out by hand. I also ordered a second design and luckily it didn't have the same issue with gashes on them, but they're just as cloudy and rough on the edges as this design. I would not order these again.
