Printing color not as expected

The image that I submitted has a face on it and the color did not come out as shown on the screen. The face on my character logo looks orangey almost like a Oompa Loompa, lol. Once it printed and they seen the color I wish they would’ve contacted me and let me know or just adjusted it themselves where it looked better. However, the size of the image was great and the T-shirt itself is also great.
