Great quality stickers, wrong die cut

The stickers and print quality are great, especially for the purpose of them, however, there was some issues with several of the stickers die cut. For some unknown reason there were several stickers ruined by a die cut across the lower quarter. I've never had this happen before. Would like to get some compensation as these are over $1 for each. If we do need to order again, it would be great to know this wont happen again.
