Still the wrong size

I sent a Screen Shot to the “customer support” email showing that I said their measurements were wrong, and they STILL sent the wrong measurements. And their response was we didn’t do anything wrong on our end so you can’t return…. You literally did it wrong. Worst customer support I’ve ever encountered. Will not be using this business again- nor will I be telling anyone to use it unless they want a messed up order.
