Really not 5 x 3

I ordered the 5" x 3" kiss cut stickers.... because I wanted a 5" x 3" sticker. But the outside is 5 x 3. The sticker is actually 4.25" x 2.5". I did not see anywhere that this would be the case. They do a great job on the stickers, but I am disappointed with my outcome on this one.
