Approved my proof on the 18th.

I'm not sure why they keep advertising quick turn around time. I approved my proof on the 18th and still haven't gotten any updates 5 days later. Normally once the item is shipped it takes an additional week or two to even reach me. The only way to recieve anything within their advertised window is if the pay for it. I wish they would just be honest 2 to 3 weeks shipping unless you purchase 4 to 5 day turn around.
