Needed it by Thursday and "Help" Never responded

When originally placed eta was Thursday-Friday. Once approved eta was Friday, the email said feel free to reply if you need help. I replied asking for any way of getting these on thursday, with no response. If it wasn't possible I would have cancelled the order, now I just won't order from here again. Enjoy the $28 shipping fee.
