Promised on time. Didn't deliver.

I paid rush fee and delivery date was stated, and then after check out, it said 'estimated'. Completely missed my event, even though I messaged them. Without asking them, they refunded fee and offered a coupon for next order, but the money for the custom order was lost. I have no use for them now.
