Great Outcome!

What a great company to do business, with and "over the top" customer service! I initially placed an order for Sticker Mule's lucite/plastic pins, which arrived with a disappointing result. Admittedly, It was largely due to the artwork I provided, but the folks at Sticker Mule worked with me and newly submitted artwork to arrive at a product that we are now extremely happy with. Their level of customer service, follow up and the ability to work through the problems were very reassuring and impressive. It's easy to operate when things go well, it is the true mark of a good company to work with customers when things do not go well. I am now a bigger fan of Sticker Mule, that I was before this issue and highly recommend them to anyone looking for great products and customer service!
