Messed up and printed the cut line instead of cutting

This is the third time my order has been messed up. The last time, the approved proof didn’t match the printed pouches, and since they went straight to our printer for kitting, we didn’t find out until the whole kit was mailed out. Now, they printed the cut lines around the stickers instead of actually cutting them, so I ended up with sticker sheets that aren’t die cut and have a pink border. I reached out right away with photos of the problems. Their first response was just to say they needed to investigate. Then I got another email saying they could "fix" the cut lines, but they completely ignored to acknowledge their mistakes. They haven’t offered any discounts, coupons, or even an apology. I really wish they would take responsibility for this and give something back, like expedited shipping, considering the delay due to their mistakes. Plus, I’m worried there will be more mistakes down the line. Honestly, I’m starting to lose faith that they won’t mess up again.
