Misleading and unhelpful. Never again.

These acrylic pins are SUPER thick and not very nice. They do not look like the images you see on the site, most of which are taken in ways that obscure the actual thickness of the pins. The thickness of the pins isn't mentioned on the product page or through the ordering process, which is deceptive and customer service refuses to help unless I spend additional money with them in the future. I initially ordered because I have had good experiences with products in the past for clients and I was exited by the low MOQ and the price per unit, but these did not meet expectations and Sticker Mule's refusal to remedy to situation or acknowledge the purposeful withholding of important specifications means this will be my last order. I highly recommend Moo, Wizard Pins, Roastar, and NoIssue as better options for all of the items sold by StickerMule. Remember, just because they send gimmick hot sauce doesn't mean they care.
