A phone call would have saved hours I wasted that day reviewing proofs and exchanging emails and texts You have no customer service if you don't use the phone. Final project was what the proof looked like, but I accepted the proofs after frustration of the process not really getting what we wanted Six proofs could have been one with better communication. We have since ordered from another company to replace what you sent us.
