I am not satisfied with the color. It is supposed to be red and it is more like a brown. Previously, I ordered an other product from you using the same specification for the color and it is completely different.

Over half the roll was empty like the ink ran out... slowly faded in color and then it was just blank white tape.

Their custom mailers are maybe the best thing they do. I get compliments every single day on them. (I use to mail books.) Color pops and the mailers hold up well in shipping.
