Poor quality, inaccurate proof
I don't enjoy leaving negative feedback and usually do my best to avoid it. I work for a small company and I know how important reviews can be. That being said, I believe the quality of my magnets warrants this review. I decided to splurge a little and get magnet save the dates instead of sending plain cards. I also got matching stamps (from another company) so everything would match. The magnets were $100 the matching custom stamps were $50. I was so excited for my magnets to arrive. However, when I opened them, the first thing I noticed was that at least half had smudges/ink marks, which I had to carefully clean off with a damp q-tip. The color of the magnet seemed dingy and not as white as I’d expected. When I got the matching stamps and had them next to the save the dates is when I realized how off the color of the magnets really is. I wish I could attach a photo of the magnets I received so I could show how off the color really is. They look like a light gray periwinkle color, not even close to white. I went back and checked the proof I approved, and the proof is bright white. Unfortunately, I need to get my save the dates out and don't have time to re-order or try to get a replacement, so I'll have to send them out as is. I definitely expected better quality for the price. I’m really disappointed that this is the first thing my guests will be receiving, especially considering it will be stuck on everyone's fridge for months. When my guests receive their invitations down the road and hang them up next to the save the date magnets, it's going to be very noticeable that they aren't the same color.
