If you like sweet hot sauce, then you'll love Mule Sauce! Though it has a good amount of heat to it and pretty good flavor, it's not really my jam. I prefer my hot sauces to be more salty or sour than sweet, because heat and sweet isn't really a flavor combination that I enjoy.
