Horrible Customer Service

I have been using Sticker Mule for several years and a friend recently recommended I switch my label service over to them in addition to the services I already use Sticker Mule for because of the “stellar customer service”. I abandoned my old label printer for the below experience (big mistake): I recently ordered the clear label rolls; the roll was extremely dirty (had to cut off the first roughly 12 labels), the paper shreds from when the label roll was cut was all over the roll and got under some of the adhesive stickers. The stickers aren’t sticking to the surfaces in which I ordered them for and I have sent 4 emails and requested a refund (with pictures) and received nothing back. The company has no phone number, so I have been unsuccessful in speaking to a service rep. The company then disregarded my multiple emails and refund request and sent me a generic email asking me to review this item! It’s as if they aren’t even reviewing incoming messages and emails.
