Not fitting like last order

Our company ordered this size bubble mailer because it was a perfect fit for our product. While the last time we had the mailers, the fit was tight...we were happy that the product seemed so snug. The newest order had something different about the sizing which made them much too tight. Both of our packages have ripped more than our last 1000+ packages did combined. We likely will have to find another option for our packaging if the current size remains as is.
