Multiple order issues

These came in nicely, but the only issue I had was trying to order multiple order. They were going to all be the same size and color, just different words. It mentioned that I would be able to save 64% discount. I reached out to customer service and they gave me an easy fast way to order. However, I was still met with the price not giving me the discount. I reached out again and got this response. "I hear you, Chandra. We set our prices to be rock bottom to avoid the need for discounts. When we came to market, we wanted to be fair to all our customers. So, we built an algorithm that considers product type, size, and the number of designs to calculate costs. The more you order of a particular design, the cheaper each unit becomes. We also offer free artwork setup, unlimited proof revisions, discounts for multiple designs, and free UPS 2-Day shipping (US)." But the algorithm still didn't do the correct discount. Once again I went to a different co. asap, and they were able to get me the full discount with 8 different label designs, all the same size and color, this saved me about $375 on the whole order and they also gave me Free UPS 2-Day shipping.
