Somewhat disappointed this time

The art work was excellent, as usual. However, I was surprised and disappointed that the pin backs were apparently attached randomly. I expected all the pins on the back to be parallel to the text and image on the front (so that it’s easy to pin the button to clothing with the image right-side-up). Instead, the pins are aligned in all different (apparently random) directions. Still “usable” and great looking, but I’ve never seen buttons made that way. In other words, I expected all of them to look like the photo below.
