Anytime I’ve uploaded something that didn’t quite work, their team has reached out and helped me adjust it so it prints perfectly, which I really appreciate. I primarily use them for my Micro bakery packaging, but I’ve also ordered items for birthday parties, graduation parties, weddings and even labels for my homemade jam. I’ve used several of their services at this point, and everything has been consistently high quality. I also love taking advantage of their deals, they’re always worth it. Most recently, I ordered stickers for our manufacturing company, for use on our machines and had a few questions. I emailed them and got a response in under 30 minutes. I replied back, got another quick response, and had everything figured out, uploaded, and ordered within the hour. That kind of customer service is rare. Their customer service is truly impeccable, their products are always amazing, and they’re just fun to work with! Plus you even get little extras with your orders, which is such a nice touch.
