Sticker Mule has my loyalty and trust for life. I recently ordered 1000 buttons after having had exceptional experiences with multiple orders before that. Imagine my disappointment when the buttons arrived and over 350 were pulling away at the edges and unable to use! I reached out via email to explain, attached a photo, and asked if there was anything that could be done. I received an immediate response confirming they could see what I meant and asked how many buttons were affected. I went through the batch and realized it was over 350, and replied with the exact number. Again, immediately they responded to say 400 buttons would be reprinted and asked if they should be shipped to the same address! I sent the original email Monday night and received the shipment promptly Wednesday morning! All the buttons were perfect and my problem was solved!
