inconsistent quality

I placed an order of three designs. One design was printed properly upon ordering, the other two designs had mottled ink with spotty coverage and pooling around the edges. Customer Service responded immediately to my request to reprint. The second batch is a slight improvement, but still has mottling and poor ink coverage.
