The whole experience was seamless from design to delivery. Very user friendly - they laid out the process of what to expect and even delivered our labels 3 days early. There were no unfortunate print/layout/color surprises upon arrival. The mockup was exactly what I approved, and as a graphic designer that is not unusual when using an online print vendor. Lastly, they were by far the cheapest in comparison to competitors.
