Design Not Centered on Label

I’ve been a fan for years but only recently pulled the trigger and placed an order for samples. The proof process needs work. I left several communications during revisions but never once got a reply back. While the labels might be legible, the dimensions and centering are off from what I originally uploaded with my .pdf and .ai files. The proof showed centering to be accurate but the end result did not. A one week delivery was also not expected and tracking info wasn’t accurate.
