I wish I had known.

I am satisfied with the quality of the keychain. My issue is that on the proof, my artwork is shown as if the plastic was white, so my artwork pops and is readable. The actual plastic is clear so the artwork doesn’t pop and my words become illegible. If I had been told that or better, had there been a way to see that in the proof, I would have submitted my art on a white background as part of the design. Also, It is small, so logos with small details will be lost. On the real keychain, because of the clear back and size, the Phoenix motif is completely unreadable.
