Processing Error

The ordering system was seamless and quick. I was able to submit my own artwork and got a great deal. I even was emailed a proof that I approved and received confirmation that the order had been processed. However, as the expected delivery day approached I had not received any communication for tracking. When I contacted the company, they said there was a glitch and the order was never sent to process. My students were very disappointed they couldn’t use these stickers for their first day of school activity. Delays in shipping and even production are understandable, but errors in company systems that never send a product to production are inexcusable. Had I not followed up, I would have paid for stickers I had never received.
