What’s your stance on DEI?

DEI causes organizations to underperform by promoting people on the basis of race rather than ability. This is disrespectful to people from different cultural backgrounds who earned their jobs on their merits.

DEI enables Democrat activists to promote allies and overlook talented people. It's designed to help Democrats secure power in the government and private sector because DEI attracts far left activists and repels talented people.
