Excellent customer service

My first set of stickers arrived and the cutting tool did not cut deep enough. The round stickers would not peel out of the square backing. I contacted Sticker Mule and they immediately offered to send another batch of stickers. Not only that, but the color I had chosen did not turn out the way I wanted it, so they let me adjust the color for the re-print. Everything arrived quickly and they are cut perfectly. I really appreciate the lengths Sticker Mule went to to make me happy.
