Ink ran right off everywhere on white shirt!

As soon as I opened this shirt, it looked great! But when I touched the image, it immediately smeared black all over the white shirts. I followed the instructions of cleaning it with cold water and immediately the shirt was covered in black marks and the image was faded. I’ve never had this happen before and I’ve custom made my own shirts and have used other companies that have done great, but I’m pretty disappointed in the quality they produced.
