Ordered one shirt 12/10 didn’t receive it until 1/24. I had to follow up with them as they didn’t reach out to me to notify me of any issues or mistakes. After following up I received $10 credit which may only be applied to orders they approve of. Overall not happy w customer service and way this was handled. Claim item was “lost in the mail”: wondering if it was ever made or sent? Over a month is too long.
