Poor sticker cutting and even worse response

Our stickers were overcut - to peel a sticker off the backing takes around one minute each time, instead of a few seconds. We told Sticker Mule, sent videos, sent photos, they kept asking for more to the point it wasn't worth bothering with anymore. We've just found an alternative instead of following up more.
