not what I expected

For some reason, my poster was printed with wide white borders, not the full bleed I did expect and wished I had specifically asked for. Looking back, the proof showed borders, but at the time I thought it was a quirk of the display. I have always gotten excellent products from SM in the past, so this print was extra-disappointing, even though the failure to get what I wanted is probably due to a lack of vigilance on my part.
