I had ordered a rather large transfer sticker of my business logo which has some intricate details and had some issues getting the sticker to adhere properly to the back window of my truck despite following prep guidelines. I reached out to sticker mule about my issue and they recommended leaving the transfer on for 24 hours before removing the protective sheet. They sent me a replacement decal for no additional fees. When it arrived, I applied the decal accordingly and it looks fantastic. Will definitely continue to use this company for any future projects!
