Saddened by the downgrade in customer service 😔

I have not left many reviews in all the years I have been using this company, but I feel it is my duty now to warn people about the customer service. There is a glitch which caused my order to be approved without my approval, and then I have been treated poorly and like it is my fault when trying to receive help with the order. The person “helping” me doesn’t want to put me in touch with their supervisor. I am still trying to get through.
