Roll labels are cut too deeply and won't come off the rolls without the backing coming with it.

Seriously, just continue to be amazed by the quality and detail. I have yet to have a request that could not be accommodated (i.e. remove background, change font color, etc) and the speed with which they respond is first class. Well done again (as always!) 👍👍👍

My last roll label order printed twice with the same problem: couldn't get them off the roll without the roll backing coming with it. So this time I tried circle sheet labels and have nearly the same problem. They are MUCH too difficult to peel off the backing. What's with your quality control? This is the third time in a row.
