Great look but way too small

I have ordered many labels approximately this same size with the same font and have come out perfectly clear but these are blurry and unusable. I had thought I was ordered rounded labels but they didn't come on the roll but as stickers. Did I order stickers? (hoping this isn't publicly posted but shared internally)
