I had 2 hats done and while the quality of the print was excellence, I noticed variation in the registration, meaning it was centered and then one wasn’t so centered. Had they been important I may have complained but it wasn’t off enough to make a big deal of it.

Customer support was very nice, the delivery got lost by the carrier and they sent a new one free of charge, they came in super quickly and they are very nice. High quality and exactly what we expected to get.

My first run of these the Cruiser lacked detail, They cleaned it and reprinted, no charge…. after I said twas my fault for not looking closer when I OK’d it…

We ordered hot sauce with custom labels for holiday gifts (as a hvac contractor) and it was a delight to work with the design team to come up with a label we liked… and seeing them in person was even more fun!! Right away we ordered 24 more bottles because we want to give them to everyone!!!
