really love them, good quality

The charms seem great so far. My only suggestion would be to offer double sided printing, since there's this beautiful vibrant side, then a white matte side. I wouldn't lower the rating, since I knew this going in, but it might be a nice option for future products.

Long story, but I had placed an order back in November, life got in the way and I never submitted artwork. The order was cancelled and I wasn't charged, so no problem there. But I contacted customer service to see about renewing it to get the same price and the customer service rep was phenomenal. Favorite art peice made holographic was a good idea for me

definitely did not disappoint with how holographic it came out. I do find it hard to figure out how to get my designs into shapes and such for other things like buttons, decor, etc
