I ordered two different custom stickers for one of our programs and though they are super cute and exactly what I ordered, because of how they were cut and delivered, they are extremely difficult to separate the backing from the sticker to use. It would've been way better to have the stickers on sheets for easy peel and stick. Unfortunate since they are very cute but practically unusable.

I received my custom hoodie from Sticker Mule today. Delivery was fast thru UPS. The picture on my hoodie didn’t match the picture I submitted and approved. The work & hoodie were of good quality. But I should have double checked the placement. The logo was on the front and looks very awkward.

I am a little disappointed. I ordered the same acrylic pins on 21 September in a much smaller quantity. They were fine back then, as I expected. But the latest order doesn't meet the same quality standards. Firstly, a total of four pins are missing and secondly, five pins are damaged. We ordered pins and received about 20 of them that had chips in them. Sticker Mule reached out right away and is sending out replacements.
