I'm a professional graphic designer, so I know you can't expect a printing company to get it perfectly right every time. I got a package of posters printed that were a fuzzy resolution and had a bad trim edge on one side. They verified the mistake and sent me a reprint within a few days. That's all you can ask for, and they were nice about it too.

I ordered DTF transfers... The transfers i received are cold peel tranfers. This is super time consuming. The other company I get them from are much higher quality and the transfers are hot peel.
