The process of ordering was simple. I uploaded my picture and then withing a matter of minutes, I received an email asking me to double check it's what I wanted. The Sign came; the pre-cut holes where there. The hardware was there with "instructions". It seemed pretty simply to hang. Then I realized, I'm not handy at ALL. So, It's up!
