I have ordered several sets of pin badges and they have all come out great. Initially all badges had a white protective film on there, which was easy to remove. This last lot of orders, the film has been changed to a clear protective film. That is not problem the problem is trying to REMOVE the protective film! It's so hard to do now!!! So after getting the order of 3 different stickers, only this specific sticker came out much darker then it looked on the proof, I asked how I could prevent this in the future and they offered to replace them with brighter ones at no charge, 10/10 Will for sure be using these guys again!!
