I received an order from sticker mule, and there was a printing defect. Once I brought it to their attention, the problem was rectified quickly, and a properly printed series of stickers were sent out.

I really love Sticker Mule. I am a recently new owner of a small business. Funds are tight however, they give some amazing deals. These glitter stickers are so pretty. It's so easy to upload your design and they are fabulous with making edits for you during your proofing. Thanks!

Some of the packaging/shrink wrapping seemed to be done in a hurry, so it bent some of edges of the very top sticker in the pack. I hadn't noticed this ever happening before. I also thought they used to package each bundle pretty evenly, that seems to not be the case anymore. Same quality of sticker though, just seems to be a speedy packaging process causing a few errors.

This is the third time we've ordered stickers for an event. Our in-house graphics always look amazing. The other great part is how quickly they arrive. I forgot to order for our women's retreat until late the week before it happened. We received the stickers in plenty of time to add them to our gift bags. The ladies all loved them. The image of the logo was too dark for the dark shirt. Yes, I did approve the proof. Still, when I got the shirt, it was darker than I expected.
