Perfect balance of flavor, wholeness, a kick in the ass spiciness and presto Mule Sauce. Scoville Scale 25,000 to 30,000 I'd say. Will not overwhelm your food brings out the best of food taste and adds the kick you are looking for.

The students wanted to try it and now they are HOOKED! They're always asking if we have any spare bottles because they love the spicey with a touch of sweet the sauce gives.
