I received custom keychains for a school event and realized our design was a bit washed out and you couldn’t read the text. I send a message to customer service and they got back to me within a few hours on a Saturday evening (!), helped me redesign the keychain, and shipped the revised keychain so quickly! Thank you!

Sticker mule always has high quality labels they also went above and beyond I reached out and told them my issue with making it on time to deliver my weekend order and they got it to me just in time I would definitely recommend and will be ordering from them again!

this has happened with basically every order, some designs its not as big of a deal. and it has been fixed for me in the past. I believe they just clean the print head. I do like the quality of these stickers, the weight and finish are phenomenal. but the line work is very important to me. not sure how best to go about this. tell the people to clean the print heads more regularly? hope this is con... This is probably the most complex design I've sent in, and even the miniature sticker in the corner was recognizable in the print. Never had an issue with stickers in the past and that applies to this as well.
