Good product...difficult customer service/edit policy

Good product, good time-line. However minutes after making my order I'd realized I'd made a mistake in my numbers. I spent a good amount of time trying to find a phone number for customer service in an attempt to change the order. But it appears there is not one. I then emailed them within a half hour and explained my situation. I was told because of the quick production time they could not edit the order. I find it hard to believe that my order was already in production half hour after submitting it.
