This is a wonderfully balanced hot sauce! The fruity nature of the peppers shines through and the sauce is not so blindingly hot that you have no ability to taste your food. I eat a LOT of hot things and use a LOT of hot sauce, and while this sauce may have a sweeter nature than others with a comparable pepper profile, it is the heat in combination with the fruitiness of the peppers that constantly has me reaching back for more. I would enthusiastically recommend this sauce to anyone wanting more than a palate killing spice-bomb. In one word: Delicious.
