I made an order and by a few weeks later it hadn't arrived (I'm not in the U.S.) Customer service happily offered to send me out a new order, which they did. It arrived in a more timely fashion. Kudos to you guys for  excellent customer service. The packing tape is nice...but I was expecting something with a sticky back and not tape that I need to wet. Maybe it's my bad and I should have realized but I didn't. It's still ok and the graphics work is good. Thank you.
