Good, but not great

I should start by saying / stating I am a BIG fan of all things "Stickermule"! Repeat and loyal customer - and as per usual the general system and service on this order was once again great. Unfortunately I can't on this occasion extend it to the actual products. They're "ok".. but not great - for a few reasons: 1) Probably unavoidably, these "charms" have a somewhat rough edge to them. Slight.. but it's there - so initially a little disappointing in terms of the feel of them (particularly when most likely to be used as a key-ring trinket etc. 2) They seem vulnerable to me (the printed design on the reverse side is susceptible to scratches (which show through to the front, where the design has been scraped away - e.g. by keys rubbing on them etc.). With no "backing plate" this means they can't really function too well as a key-ring item etc. (not necessarily their primary intended use(?) - but I'm unsure what they *are* for - if not that! 3) Removing the protective film is tricky! That's less of an issue, but worthy of note too - as until you remove it, they look awful of course (much better when the film is gone.. but removing it ain't as easy as I'd like!) So to conclude I'd say this new product line isn't really worth it. Even with premium Stickermule techniques etc. the end result just isn't *quite* good enough. Sorry, but I am just being honest! John
