Unfortunately they cannot solve a quality control issue

We want to love their stickers so bad! They are by far the best company we have used so far at centering our designs that have a circular border. Unfortunately, the backers they use on their stickersare very thick and when the at cut, tiny pieces of paper are wedged between each sticker and leave dents in all the stickers. It’s happened before in our past orders, and for this last order every single sticker was damaged. When I reached out to customer service they were very friendly and assured me they could fix it. However they did not even come close. Every sticker in the replacement still has the dents, as well as a printing error of a line in the same spot through every sticker that looks like it was low on ink. Very disappointed. Luckily we purchased during a promotion so we did not lose out on that much in production cost, but not a single one is the quality we would need to sell in our shop. We will be looking into other vendor. May try them out again during the promotions they run, but we could never justify paying full price for these stickers until they solve this dent issue.
